ABOUT US
We are a local business based in Burpengary, North Brisbane. The business was born through necessity after Paige and Faith both lost their jobs at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Having both worked in hospitality for 25+ years, opening their own business seemed like a natural progression. With the support of their respective families, their dream became a reality in December 2020.
PAIGE HALLINAN OWNER/OPERATOR
Having started in hospitality at the age of 11, I then went on to complete my Chef's apprenticeship and graduated as fully qualified in 2002.
Having started in hospitality at the age of 13, I continued my way through the industry with varying front of house positions and eventually working up to management.
